Surface water gullies, soakaways and the gratings at the base of downpipes silt up over time - sometimes with leaves and silt, sometimes with something stranger (we've found Lego, garden hose, and once an entire flip-flop). We clear the visible chambers, rod through to confirm flow, and let you know if anything looks like it needs a more serious look (by a drainage specialist not us).

Why it matters
When the surface drain backs up, the rainwater your gutters are working so hard to capture has nowhere to go - and ends up pooling next to your foundations. A 20-minute clear-out beats a damp survey every time.
